Sarah and Paul’s celebration at Serenity Gardens in Tenby was one of those proper heart-warming, joyful days that sticks with you. It was relaxed, full of personality, and such a fun time with all their friends and family.
Sarah & Paul: A 10+ Year Love Story
Sarah and Paul had been together for over 10 years, and you could really feel that depth on their wedding day. Their story started long before the big day and is packed with adventures, from hitting the slopes and enjoying romantic skiing trips in Zermatt to fun family milestones in Llanberis up in Snowdonia.
That shared history brought so much warmth to the ceremony. You could see it in the way they looked at each other; comfortable, playful, and properly in love. Whether they were sharing a quiet moment with the Welsh countryside around them or laughing with their guests, it was clear their relationship is built on real friendship, adventure, and loads of happy memories.
The Friends & Family Who Made It Unforgettable
What made filming this wedding such a laugh was the brilliant bunch of friends and family who came together for Sarah and Paul. After more than a decade together, they were surrounded by people who’ve been part of their journey from uni days and skiing trips to family adventures in Llanberis and outdoor adventures with the Llandysul Paddlers Club.
The vibe was brilliant. The dance floor inside the tipi was alive all evening with everyone joining in. Parents having a boogie, mates recreating old stories, and loads of those happy, chaotic group moments. The speeches were a proper highlight too: funny tales from Zermatt ski holidays, emotional bits about their Llanberis family memories, and loads of love that had the whole place smiling and tearing up.
Myself and the Photographer, Rhian (Rhian Marie Photography) got a chance at sunset to take Sarah and Paul down to a local beach to get some lovely sunset shots. It seemed only right that an adventurous couple like Sarah and Paul had some outdoor footage in their wedding video.
Capturing Their Story on Film
Days like Sarah and Paul’s are exactly why I love being a South Wales wedding videographer. The stunning gardens and woodlands, the coastal Pembrokeshire backdrop, and all the genuine emotion from their guests gave me tons of beautiful moments to capture.
The final film really shows their full journey. From over 10 years of adventures to this lovely chapter at Serenity Garden. There was even a little surprise announcement during the speeches!
